We knew a company newsletter was a great idea but it was a new venture for all of us and we made a few mistakes trying to work out the challenges of sending the content to our readers. After a year of success we are so happy we accomplished this feat as a team.
Our newsletter is one year old with this July edition and we are pleased to say that many of our practices have gotten benefit from our timely insurance information and practice boosting information. In this issue we have updated our content to include a segment on coding advice and a monthly account of the worst claim payment stories we have ever heard straight from the mouths of our account managers. It is our hope that you are as pleased with our content as much as we are in providing it to you. We welcome your comments and requests in regards to our future newsletters as not only is this our voice but yours too.
