Greg Grobmyer, DDS

Dr. Greg Grobmyer practiced clinical dentistry in Tennessee for over a decade before chemotherapy from a cancer battle left him with numb fingers. Using the knowledge he derived from working with multiple practice consultants over the years, he began lecturing and coaching dental offices nationwide on their systems, culture, marketing, and communications. In addition, he wrote on dental topics for numerous publications and websites. Outside of dental industry publications, he has also appeared in Reader’s Digest, New York Magazine, Men’s Health, Slate, Insider Magazine, and others. He even spent a few years moonlighting in standup comedy. He is currently the Chief Editor of Practice Booster’s Insurance Solutions Newsletter, a contributing editor of the Coding with Confidence and Administration with Confidence books, and cohost of The Dental Code Advisor Podcast with Dr. Charles Blair.

James DiMarino, DMD, MSEd, CDC

Dr. DiMarino is an international speaker and the Chief Executive Officer at Practice Booster and eAssist Publishing, LLC. He holds a dental degree and master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a General Practice Residency, became a solopreneur practicing general dentistry, all while researching and implementing advanced dental technologies and consulting as a Dentrix and Schick trainer. Dr. DiMarino has worked in the dental insurance industry as a dental consultant, a State Dental Director, and as a National Dental Director. In 2018 he completed the certification requirements to become an AADC Certified Dental Consultant.

Dr. DiMarino served as the Director of Medical Affairs for GlaxoSmithKline ensuring the effective deployment of safety/compliance/governance standards across GSK’s Consumer Healthcare business which included: Sensodyne, ProNamel, Biotene, Parodontax, and Aquafresh in the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. As the Director of Clinical Affairs for Premier Dental Products, Dr. DiMarino coordinated product launch strategies, sales team and dealer representative training, led their key opinion leader (KOL) engagement program, and participated in new product development. Dr. DiMarino is also a patented inventor, trainer, educator, publisher, and lecturer having presented across the USA, Japan, Germany, London, Poland, Mexico, and Finland.

Tiffany Wesley, FAADOM

Since 2004, Tiffany has been a dynamic presence in the dental community, serving in practice management, leadership coaching, and consulting. Rob joined the eAssist team as the Chief Operating Officer in April 2022, where he is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships, and the delivery of services to all eAssist customers. Rob most recently served as Co-Founder and CEO of Espire Dental, a 30-location dental group known across the country for its patient experience and world-class culture. Prior to co-founding Espire, Rob served as VP of Dental Services for ClearChoice Dental Implants, the nation’s leading provider of full arch dental prosthetics with 100 ambulatory surgical centers in the US. Prior to moving to Denver, Rob was SVP of SmileAmerica, providing dental care to children and underserved populations in urban and rural areas in 22 states. From 2004 to 2010, Rob co-founded Dental Growth Partners, serving 17 Endodontic, Periodontic, and Oral Surgery practices in the New England area. Rob is a former Business Consulting Manager with Arthur Andersen in San Francisco, where he supervised audits for Catholic Healthcare West (220 locations), the Stanford University Health Center, and high technology clients including Cisco Systems, Symantec, and Fujitsu. Rob received his MBA from Boston University and his BS from Brigham Young University in 1995. Rob currently lives in Denver with his wife and five children.

Scott Hironaka

Scott Hironaka is the Vice President of Unitas Dental and currently oversees the team responsible for active insurance and business contract negotiations for Unitas Clients. Unitas Dental is one of the largest PPO management companies in the United States, actively representing hundreds of dental practice clients in over 44 states. For over 15 years Mr. Hironaka has worked in corporate negotiations in both the private and public sectors over a wide range of industries including healthcare, real estate, construction, banking, technology, education, municipal and state government. Mr. Hironaka resides with his wife and children in Gilbert Arizona and holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta Canada
