At eAssist “brainstorming” is how we propel the business to grow. eAssist though founded by me is driven by all the wonderful people who work for eAssist. Without their ideas and their dedication to doing the best job they can we would not have survived to be the largest dental billing company nationwide. eAssist Regional Managers are the “think tank” that capture ideas and then become accountable to see that these ideas grow into concepts that can be developed into sound business systems. eAssist not only allows growth but encourages people to move up the ladder of opportunity. Our Regional Managers started as Account Managers and were so good at going above and beyond the job description and by setting and reaching goals they were offered the chance to break through to a new level of responsibility and challenge. Their biggest gift to eAssist is their great ideas and their enthusiasm to see them flourish and bring positive change.
