Founded by Sandy Odle, eAssist was created to bring peace of mind to dental practices everywhere. We’re a passionate team on a mission to eliminate stress, maximize collections, and empower dental professionals to focus on patient care.

Who We Are

eAssist Dental Solutions was founded by Dr. James Anderson and Sandy Odle, two respected leaders in the dental industry who shared a common vision: to simplify the business side of dentistry so dental professionals can focus on what matters most – their patients.

Drawing on his firsthand experience as a dentist and practice owner, Dr. Anderson understood the frustrations of navigating insurance claims, collections, and cash flow management. With her extensive background in dental business operations, Sandy recognized how those same challenges affected staff morale and overall practice efficiency.

Together, they set out to build a smarter, more supportive solution designed to help practices overcome administrative burdens and thrive.

What began as a solution to relieve dental teams from the burden of insurance billing has evolved into the nation’s leading provider of specialized services for the dental industry, supporting over 3,000 practices nationwide. Today, the eAssist family of brands, including Practice Booster, Unitas PPO Solutions, and Dental Buying Power, provides a one-stop resource for every aspect of dental business success.

From insurance billing and coding guidance to credentialing, PPO fee negotiation, and group purchasing and rebate programs, eAssist empowers dental practices to operate with confidence and efficiency.

More than a decade later, the mission remains the same: to take care of the business side of dentistry so dental professionals can focus on delivering the exceptional care their patients deserve.
