Truth: Each insurance is different. There are deductibles, premiums, allowances, and percentages that all need to be factored in. Your dental provider should be able to provide an estimate for any dental work with these factors included. Always remember these are estimates and they may not always match up perfectly in the end. Every insurance is different, and so is every situation.

Present a Correct Treatment Plan

As a dental provider, you must strive to present correct treatment plans to your patients. When you accurately present a treatment plan, the patient is more likely to be pleased with the office and will schedule back for treatment. When you inaccurately present a treatment plan, the patient receives unexpected charges and will leave the office unhappy.
