Therese Stewart brings more than 40 years of experience in the medical and dental fields, combining clinical insight with a passion for innovation and patient safety. During the COVID era, Therese recognized the growing need for more advanced and reliable sterilization solutions. Inspired by earlier work she had done with Ralph on a previous sterilization device, she believed the time was right to reimagine the technology and develop a more modern, state-of-the-art approach.

Together, Therese and Ralph began refining their vision, and soon realized they needed an exceptional engineering partner to bring the concept fully to life. Brad joined the team, and the three founders launched Sterile Solutions International, Inc., combining their expertise in healthcare, engineering, and business innovation.

Today, Sterile Solutions International is driving a new era in sterilization technology. The company focuses on creating high-performance, sustainable solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of healthcare, dental, and other critical industries.
