PRN Dental Consulting is the company of Carol Paige and Paige Healey. Carol established PRN Dental Consulting (previously known as PRN Consulting) in 1988 to offer tailor-made management consulting services to dental practices in the USA. We do not sell “packages,” as there is no such thing as “one size fits all” in dentistry. We facilitate finding best-fit, unique solutions to your practice’s hurtles.

Carol Paige received her Bachelor of Science from the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dental Hygiene. Carol then underwent extensive interview and testing procedures with Pride Institute, a grass roots dental practice management consulting organization, then trained and joined their organization as a dental practice management consultant in 1984. Her responsibilities included consulting and lecturing on a national level. She then joined a local firm in 1986 and established the firm’s dental management program, developed courses and manuals and trained corporate consultants. She broke off as a “lone wolf” consultant in 1988 to chase a dream of designing tailor-made solutions for dental management. Every doctor, practice, and team is unique, and so should their solution be!

Paige’s B.A. in Communications from the University of Georgia laid the perfect foundation to launch her passion for team building and leadership into the dental industry. She gained administrative and legal industry experience in her preceding years as a multi-doctor practice manager. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree (nor did her name), and Paige joined her mother, Carol Paige, and PRN Consulting in 2021 and became Partner in 2024. Paige is credentialed through Gordon Training International to teach the highly acclaimed course, “Leader Effectiveness Training,” and she is a Certified Practitioner through Wiley’s Everything DiSC.

Our speciality is tough to put in a box! We specialize in human resource management coaching, staff talent search, practice analysis, business development and planning, annual business planning, verbiage trainings for teams (preventing broken appointments and cancellations, sales, perfecting the patient pass-off, how to gave staff meetings… etc!), conflict prevention and management, leading and facilitating meetings… Anything that is “outside of the mouth” is typically our territory!
