With firsthand experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and dental office manager, Olivia understands the real-world challenges dental teams face when managing OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Olivia and her team support practices by preparing required policies and procedures, conducting comprehensive compliance assessments, and providing practical, team-focused training.
